FP&A Analyst

We are looking to strengthen our FP&A team based out of Malta with a commercial FP&A manager. You will directly work with our three lines of business (Consumer, B2B and Enterprise) to develop great, market-leading, and highly profitable products that delight our customers. You will support monthly reporting on partners and margins by business line as well as the strategic planning and budgeting processes. Together with the head of FP&A, you will contribute to board and investor deliverables and the related modeling. This is a role with a high degree of autonomy and C-level exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Daily & monthly Margin/Partners Reporting
- Support in the budgeting process and tracking
- Support in preparation of monthly SMT/Board reporting packs
- Ad-hoc data requests to support decision-making and provide insights
Requirements:
- University degree + MBA; CFA and accounting exams are a plus
- Sharp, commercial and quantitative, data-driven mindset
- Strong people, communication and presentation skills
- A highly motivated personality who likes to challenge and collaborate across lines of business while at the same time driving results
- High degree of resilience paired with intellectual curiosity
- 3 – 5 years of work experience
- Payments or banking experience a plus
- Commercial Finance and FP&A experience a plus
